When I first saw the Babeland Nubby G I was very intrigued. First of all, it's very different from any other vibe I've seen. Second. I was wondering how in the world I'd use it. I've never had a g-spot toy before, so this was all new territory for me.
For some reason, the first thing I did when I got it out of the package was to squish it. I know, it sounds weird. I guess I just wanted to see how soft it was since this was the first purely TPR based toy I've gotten. It's actually pretty soft and flexible. In my opinion, the material carries the vibrations well. Vibrations are generated through an easy to control dial at the base. The base is ribbed so it's easy to control when things get a little slippery. ^_~
The Nubby G features a curved tip to stroke your g-spot and two rows of little nubs that give a buzz to your anus and clitoris when the toy is rocked back and forth. Maybe I'm just not shaped right, but I had a hard time getting the front nubs to reach my clit. Since I'm new with g-spot vibes, I don't really think I've got the hang of this one yet. I've been able to get off on it, don't get me wrong. But I haven't been able to achieve a g-spot O. I do like this toy, though. I can feel it hit my g-spot, I just haven't been able to O from it. Plus, it's an interesting feeling just to twist it around inside of you besides rocking it back and forth. To get things going, all you need is two AA batteries. A lot of toys I've seen take AAs or AAAs, so do yourself a favor and get the rechargeable kind. It's much cheaper that way.
Packaging: Yes, I actually have a picture of the packaging this time. ^_^ Very tasteful and minimal amount of packaging which means less in the trash. Be sure to recycle what you can! Luckily, my recycling center takes any kind of plastic and paper. Be sure to look at the number in the little triangle of arrows. Some centers will only take certain numbers. As always, Babeland has included a coupon along with cleaning info, tips, and such.Pros:Easy to clean TPR(Just wash with antibacterial soap and warm water), carries vibrations well,
Cons:You can't completely sanitize TPR (no boiling it like silicone!), the front nubs didn't really reach my clit.
Vibration Level: 4/5 I'm pretty happy with how high the speed can go. You can get a pretty good buzz at the highest setting, but it's not the strongest I've felt so far.
Noise Level: 2-3/5 Depending on which level you dial it to, it can be quiet or a bit noisy. I wouldn't dial it all the way up at night. I'm sure my hubby could hear the vibrations. Of course, I have ears like a hound dog, so things seem louder to me than to him.
Size: 4-1/2" x 1-3/8"
Summary: 4/5 Although I'm still trying to achieve that elusive g-spot O, I think I might get it if I play with this a little more. About 3 times already and I still haven't had one. Maybe I'm just ditzy. lol ^_^ I'm sure I'll figure it out. Anyway, this is definitely some good bang for your buck. It's not that expensive and I do like it. I only took a star away because I can't get the front nubs to reach my clit. Go check it out!
